I have been ordering from here for over two years. I can confirm that the meals are delicious, nutritious and I have no reason to consider alternative options.
I mainly order the Home Cooked meals and Womens Fitness meals for my wife. (Both categories are amazing)
I use the air fryer (brings out the best taste) from frozen to delicious in 18minutes on 160 degrees.
These meals improved my eating habits and health, by removing the need for takeaways when my life gets busy.

I also want to thank GVR for the solid customer service. They have gone above and beyond whenever there was an issue.

Im proud to be a loyal customer. PS: Currently my favorite is the "Braized steak and Mash." My wifes favorite is Spinach, Carrots & chicken.

I recently just received my first order of 18 Home Cooked Meals.

The meals are absolutely delicious and filled with so much flavour, which I love. The portion sizes are fantastic, leaving me full after every meal.

The meals are quick and easy to warm up in the microwave. The kitchen stays cleaner for longer, which is an added bonus.

I look forward to trying the "Around the World", meal option next month.

Food is amazing quality ingredients, especially the steak. Perfectly prepared everything is flavorful and the meat isn’t dry at all. Even though it’s low in calories it’s still filling. Packaging also takes up little space in the freezer. Personally i enjoy a bit more salt but still super tasty.

My son at Stellies loves them, portion sizes are big enough for him and he enjoys the variety
