  Yes, all meals are delivered fresh. We use specially designed containers to keep your meals fresh and properly preserved during transit. (transit time 1-4 days)

• When will my order be delivered ?

  • Gauteng (selected areas): Next business day delivery available. Enter your postal code in the calculator below to see when your delivery will take place.
  • Bloemfontein: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
  • Rest of South Africa: Orders are packed and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, with delivery taking 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• I’m not home to receive my order — what happens?

  Rest assured — you can safely use your work address for delivery. Our meals are packed in specially designed containers that help maintain freshness, allowing them to stay in your car or office for a period of time until you get home and place them in the freezer.
