DIRECTIONS FOR USE
As a nutritional supplement before- and/or after training:
Add 1 scoop (30g) to approx. 200-250 ml cold water and consume 45min before training (ensures amino supply for optimal training) and/or directly after training. Servings may be doubled for personal preference.
