the meals are extremely tasty, and filling, the 40 meal packs are great for a month worth of dinners, with an added benefit of reduced electricity costs as you wont need to use your stove or oven often, definitely would recommend, returning customer every month!

I’ve only had one so far as they just arrived - The chicken Orzo - was delicious! Looking forward to trying the rest. But super convenient with a busy work schedule. Thanks Team - keep up the good food!

Quite honestly, I am too lazy to make my own meals, or I just don't get the time, so I usually go for take-aways. But this has changed quite a lot for me. It is quick and convenient when I need it. And honestly, I actually enjoy the meals! They are tasty and just enough to fill me up.

It is about as good as it gets. Super impressed with the flavour. Found it best if defrosted in fridge then heating it.

Very happy with the service I received, the meals are great👌🏼my kids do not eat alot at a time so the portions are fine for them, but I must say that the portions for the kids good be a bit bigger as I can imagine that they would be small for alot of kids out there.

Thank you for your very enjoyable meal. They have been very nice so far, and there doesn't even seem to be much salt in them (I like healthy eating, so I don't use any salt). Also carefully packed and promptly delivered.

I ordered the around-the-world meals to test.
My wife and I had the Ricotta Cannelloni and the Braised Steak so far and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the meals. We would recommend these meals for those days when you don't feel like cooking and can take a meal out of the freezer, and in 10 minutes, you are ready to eat.
Would recommend GVRPREP any day

As a single person living with a chronic illness, these meals have made my life so much better. They aren't too carb heavy, they make me eat more veggies, are delicious and filling. I do think that maybe looking into flash freezing them could make them a little less watery (bolognaise), and one of my meals containers sparked and caught fire in the microwave (but the other 17 did not) so i don't know what was up with that one. Im a bit more cautious about having them in the microwave now, but hopefully was just a dud

The order were delivered on Thursday, as stated it will, well packaged and frozen, thus far I had 1 of the meals, Chicken pie, and am very impressed in taste. My son will start eating meals from today onwards, so I await his opinion. My brother ordered the 18 meals deal, had some already and he is also very happy with the taste and deal as a whole. I will surely order again once these are done. Thank you very much.

For being in a very demanding job healthy food time preparations is a very time constraint task for me. I ordered these meals last week and it is so easy and tasty. You pop it in to work and in the microwave for 6 minutes and it's done. You can even eat out of the container. Being in a demanding job and incorporating fitness goals has significantly improved in as little time as 2 weeks. I highly recommend.

I just ordered for the second time. This is so convenient and cost effective - no more arguing about what are we going to eat, no more prepping,no more having to stop at the shop after work,no more snacking while waiting for dinner to be done. Just take out the meal you feel like having for dinner, heat and eat! Even my 15 month old loves the food!
