I’m extremely impressed with GVR Prep! The meals always arrive on time, still perfectly frozen, and ready to heat and enjoy. They’re absolutely delicious, filling, and save me both time and money. It’s such a convenient way to eat well without the stress of daily cooking. I highly recommend them.

Good quality food. After two days of travelling( delivery) the food was still frozen and well packed and well marked.
I wish the home cooked meals came in 500g and not 400g.. I just need that little extra…

All the meals are tasty and enjoyable, highly recommended.

Arrives frozen, tastes really good and the presentation is very good for food that's frozen and vacuum sealed. The portions are rather small (400g) if you do some kind of exercise; I've opted for the bulk up package for my next order. Other than that, im very happy, definitely staying for the foreseeable future.

Bulking meals are fantastic with nice portions.

Side note:
Have ordered other meals in from GVR Prep, which came in biodegradable tubs which were horrible, thanks for changing to standard foil tubs, game changer in meal experience!

Overall very happy and will continue using the service!
