When will my meals be delivered?

All orders are packed and shipped on Tuesdays and typically arrive on Thursday or Friday, depending on your location.

Will I receive my meals fresh?

Yes, your meals are shipped in specially designed, insulated containers with dry ice packs to ensure they stay fresh and safe during transit—all the way to your door.

What happens if I receive my meals and they are no longer fresh?

If your meals arrive and they are not fresh. Simply contact our support team, and we will promptly replace your meals.

Can I create my own custom meal pack?

Yes! You can mix and match your own meal pack by adding individual meals to your cart—whether it's fitness meals, kiddies meals, or any combination that suits your needs. It's all up to you!

Tasty food and fantastic service

The food is tasty but what is even more impressive is that a- they say they deliver nationwide and they actually do and b- they delivered to my rural town in 2 days and the food was frozen solid! I am extremely impressed with their service and will most certainly make use of them again.

Good quality food. After two days of travelling( delivery) the food was still frozen and well packed and well marked.
I wish the home cooked meals came in 500g and not 400g.. I just need that little extra…
