You can find all the instruction on the front of your meals, however standard use of our product are as follow:
• Keep your meals frozen up untile use.
• Remove the bag
• Microwave the meal for 5+ minutes, time depends on the microwave you use
• Throw you tray in the compast.(degrades within 60 days on avarage)
received my first meals yesterday (18) budget pack, packaging very nice but the meals are not exactly what I ordered, I understand that things can go wrong and maybe there is not enough of a certain meal, but I feel in that case someone should contact me and ask what replacement I would like and not just be given whatever u think.

Delivery was delayed but packaging was good. Could fit meals into freezer. Tried 2 - doesn’t taste like factory food. Will order again.
