You can find all the instruction on the front of your meals, however standard use of our product are as follow:
• Keep your meals frozen up untile use.
• Remove the bag
• Microwave the meal for 5+ minutes, time depends on the microwave you use
• Throw you tray in the compast.(degrades within 60 days on avarage)
Not so sure about the size, but it’s definitely healthy and suppose to be slimming, right?

It is extremely difficult to get in contact with you guys. It takes us days to place orders. Further more, the food takes 4 days to get to us - courier guy is the worst courier to deal with. We love your food but the process to get our hands on it is painful
Kos is regtig baie baie Lekker, geen klagtis oor smaak nie. Net die steak het so bietjie seenings en te veel vet na my smaak maar andersins is alles baie Lekker.
